BIQ (Build it Quick) is a new technology startup company for 2011 specialising in adding values to the open source hardware and software projects by developing integrated and affordable 3D technologies for the home and end user markets.
After three years of market research and proof of concept for your first project in 3D printing we are now ready to launch this product and other related products into the marketplace.
The first of these is the BIQ Huxley Seedling 3D printer kit which is available in laser cut MDF or Perspex (6mm Acrylic). This printer has been demonstrated in 2011 at Makerfaire and the Manchester Science Festival in association with Fablab Manchester and BBC Bang Goes the Theory Live and received a great response and feedback from visitors to these events.
We will also provide various 3D printing accessories and parts and are also researching and developing other products to compliment our 3D technology portfolio!

Hi
I want to build a reprap, but need advice on which one, haven’t had much luck asking people on the wiki. Any help you can give would be appreciated!
Hi Barry Thanks for your enquiry. We will contact you by email to discuss options. BIQ also provide a version of Reprap mendel called Huxley Seedling in flat pack kit form which should be for sale on our site shortly which could be an option for you to consider? In the meantime we also sell a number of components and parts that can be combined to help build your own printer! Will be in touch soon.
